Alhumdulillah Saaleha and I just came back from Joburg. We decided to go up on the long weekend at the last minute and I am glad that we did. On Saturday, Summaiya (As'ad wife) gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. This is their second child, and alhumdulillah, both are now well. Make dua that they both remain well, and Allah Ta'ala blesses the baby with a long and rewarding life.

Pictures on the blog...depends on the picture
As you can see below, I can now add pictures to the blog. Please send your pictures to me for uploading onto the web. Kindly resize and save as jpeg before emailing. Resize to 640 wide and 480 high. I will send them to the blog as soon as I receive them. Will be happy to put anything on the blog....pictures of childrens, functions, houses, cats, dogs, mother-in-laws...just send them in.

Where is Spring?
Asalaamu alaykum,
The 1st of September has come and gone, and today was cold and raining all the way from Durban to Pietermaritzburg. Alhumdulillah all well. I am still travelling to Pietermaritzburg every day but insha Allah not for much longer. Hope everyone else is well. Please send in your contributions to the blog.
